The information this notice covers
This notice covers FastPlay’s public website, accounts, offers, reward records, cashout, Krin, community and contact features. What we handle depends on the features you use and what is enabled for your account or region.
Third-party games, apps, surveys, stores and payment services have their own privacy practices for information they collect directly. Check their notices before using them.
Account and activity information
We handle account information such as your name, email, protected sign-in credentials, profile details, preferences, eligibility declarations and acceptance records. Some profile and onboarding information is optional.
When you use reward features, we can handle offer references, required actions, provider-reported activity, timestamps, reward states, Points and transaction records. Cashout and verification can involve payment-method details, a recipient destination, review records and protected identity material when required.
Community features can involve profiles, messages, attachments, groups, public activity and safety reports. Krin conversations include your messages and responses. Contact requests contain the details you choose to submit. Please do not put passwords, full payment credentials or identity documents in public contact forms or AI conversations.
Device, network and security information
We handle request and sign-in information such as IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, session activity and security signals. These can help protect accounts, investigate abuse and apply region or device requirements. Security checks can include proxy, VPN, automation and device-risk indicators.
Cloudflare is used in the public network path for delivery and protection. ProxyCheck can receive an IP address for network and proxy-risk assessment. Approximate-location checks can also use a local lookup. These services do not make account security or location assessment infallible.
Why we use information
We use information to operate and secure accounts, provide chosen features, show relevant opportunities, connect provider reports to accounts, maintain accurate reward and payment records, explain recorded progress, answer requests and handle disputes or legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis may be providing the service you request, complying with law, pursuing legitimate interests such as security and accurate records, or your consent where required. Acknowledging this notice is not blanket consent to every possible use. Optional marketing choices remain separate.
When information is shared
Information may be processed by infrastructure, security or other service providers needed to deliver a feature. Offer, identity or payout services may receive the identifiers and details needed for the feature you choose. We may also disclose relevant information when law, a valid legal process, safety, a dispute or a genuine company transaction requires it.
Public profiles and activity use limited fields and the relevant visibility settings. Public payout records use masked display names and do not display full payment destinations or financial histories. Review your settings before making information public.
External AI models, offer providers or new tracking services require a review of their information flows and any required disclosures or choices before activation. We will update this notice when material processing changes. We do not treat a future provider integration as already active.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary sign-in cookies support account sessions and refresh. Their configured lifetimes are normally up to 24 hours for access and 7 days for refresh, subject to logout, revocation and session handling. Security flags restrict access to these cookies.
The public introduction uses session storage to remember that it has been seen. Session recovery can use a local coordination marker; that marker does not store an authentication token. Browser storage may also support the settings and functions you request.
Our public website does not currently load optional advertising or analytics scripts. Network providers can still process requests for delivery and security. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced, we will assess the required notice and consent or opt-out controls first.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the information’s purpose, whether the account or feature is still in use, transaction integrity, open disputes, safety investigations and applicable legal obligations. Financial or security records may need to remain even when other information can be removed.
Current cleanup is limited to specific data categories. There is no general automatic account-erasure process, and production backups currently have no automatic expiry schedule. A deletion request requires manual review; submitting it does not instantly erase account, transaction or backup records.
We are documenting a more detailed retention schedule. Until the relevant controls are implemented, we do not promise that every data category is deleted after a fixed number of days. You can ask what information is retained and request deletion or restriction using the form below.
Your requests and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of information, obtain a copy, withdraw consent or challenge a decision. You may also contact an appropriate data-protection authority. The rights, exceptions and response deadlines that apply depend on the relevant law and the circumstances of your request.
Use the form below to identify your request and the account email involved. We may need proportionate information to verify you before disclosing or changing account data. Do not upload identity documents here. The acknowledgement confirms intake only; it does not confirm identity or completion.
Some requests can be limited by another person’s rights, record accuracy, security, a dispute or a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will explain the relevant limitation and available next steps. Public self-service export and deletion are not currently available.
Age and underage accounts
FastPlay accounts are intended for people aged 18 or older. New registration requires an age self-declaration; this is not independent age verification. Do not register if you are under 18.
If you believe an account belongs to a person under 18, tell us using the form below. We will review the report and consider appropriate restriction and treatment of the information, subject to safety, transaction and legal requirements.
International use and safeguards
FastPlay is operated by a United States company, and information can be handled in countries where the company or its service providers operate. Data-protection rules may differ.
Access controls and technical safeguards help protect information, but no service can guarantee that every incident will be prevented. Contact us if you believe your account or information is affected.

We identify this notice by its version and effective date. We will update it when material practices change and provide additional notice or choices where required.
